"D7000 RAW IMAGE PROCESSING WITH APPLE APERTURE 3.1"
Long Beach, US
I purchased one of the first D7000 and I still can't process RAW images with Apple Aperture 3.1. Nikon sends me to Apple and Apple says they are maybe 2 months for solution. I also feel the quality of the images on the D7000 are not as good I expected and I am considering send it back for update. Is anyone else using Mac Aperture for the D7000 RAM images?
I think you need to download the newest version of Apple Aperture.
What do you mean about 'good'. With a large mega pixel camera, the stability of the camera during shooting is very important. How good is your hand holding of the camera. Also due to the cropped sensor your lenses magnify any movement more than the same movement on a 35mm film camera.

Using Aperture 3.1 with RAW. I've imported a few hundred RAW, uncompressed, 12-bit photos into Aperture 3.1 and processed them with no problem. I do have the latest D7000 firmware and all updates to Aperture 3.1 from Apple.
Are you using a card reader or a cable?
Can you explain what you mean by the "quality" of the images?
BTW - I got my D7000 around November 1st.
