Got mine over a week ago I have only one odd concern with the little rubber cover at the battery door seems to be always loose
any one else have this and a cure or a way to secure it to the body please don't suggest glue

Sounds like it may have gotten stretched out of shape. Why don't you try gently warming it with a hair dryer. Don't overdo it though - repairs will not be under warranty. As is, the repair or replacement would probably be under warranty.
