Please give thoughts on what adjustments you would apply. Seems a bit strange you need to shrink a file so much just to get it to upload...

If that is out-of-camera, it is a WOW to you and the D7100! White on the back is a bit hot on my monitor, No advise from me.

Color is superb! Agree on some burnout of the white on the bird's back. I would see if I could bring back some detail by some highlight suppression.

The moss, or whatever, on the tree is a bit distracting, as I would love to see this somewhat more monochromatic (except the tiny red accent).

Wish I took it! Keep it up.

Nice shot! While the white on the back appears blown out -- might be fixable -- good job with the feathers on the front.

The one thing I would change is to crop out the large branch on the left and some off the top so that the bird is no longer in the center.
