"D7100 in 'S' Shutter Priority mode?"

Unless I'm TOTALLY mistaken, there seems to be an issue with the D7100 in 'S'hutter priority Mode. As in the aperture doesn't change, regardless of the ambient lighting. The aperture just blinks as if the lens is wide open.

Could be something I've totally missed in the manual, as yet unread...

If you are testing inside your house under normal lighting, then it is probably too dark so that the camera has already maxed out the aperture.

If that is not the case, please tell us a bit more about the circumstances you are testing under.

OK, so I called Nikon a few minutes ago... Got a LIVE person inside of :30 sec's...

I think I simply had the shutter speed (and really, the ISO set for outdoors, not for rather dim indoor lighting) set incorrectly, thus the aperture indicator kept blinking...

So, I feel rather stupid... and relieved...
