I currently have a D800 and have the 50 1.8G, 85 1.8G, 24-70, 105mm, 14-24 and 70-200 VR2.

Will these work (AF, reporting correct info to the camera, etc) on the new 7100? Any issues or concerns about using them on the 7100 that I should know about?

Yes, any lens that works on a D800 will work on a D7100.

You probably realise that the DX-format sensor in the D7100 results in a smaller field of view for any given focal length when compared with the D800.
