I bought the Nikon AH-II on eBay for about $15 shipped. It is similar to the AH-4 sold by B&H for $90. The only difference appears to be that the 4 uses a Velcro closure on the wrist security strap and the II uses a plastic latch.
The AH-II strap appears to be genuine Nikon made by Nikon Korea. I very happy with mine, it's comfortable and well made. It comes with an Arca-Swiss compatible base plate to connect it to the tripod socket of your camera. I use the strap with the Kirk L-brackets on my cameras instead of the Nikon plate, because my Kirk brackets have a slot for the strap of the grip.
I looked at the Op/Tech hand strap at my local camera store and decided the AH-II is much more secure and comfortable.
