I purchased an expensive new lens and had to send it to Nikon for repair only 2 months later. Brad called me personally to make sure I was taken care of properly. He also called Nikon to guarantee I was serviced professionally and quickly. There were several follow up email from Brad to check the status of my repair.... which was returned today in perfect shape.
I've been purchasing my professional equipment at my local Nikon dealer because I didn't trust online dealers to provide the same kind of service. Brad Berger proved me wrong. I'll be going back to Berger Bros. for my future purchases. Thanks Brad.
