Hello everyone- I know this has been covered elsewhere, but I'm hoping I could get a few opinions. I have a 10% off coupon at my local Target, which would put the D5000 kit down to $675. The D90 isn't sold in-store and I can't use the coupon online, so the D90 kit would be the regular price of $1199. This is my first DSLR and all things being equal, I think I'd go with the D90 (lcd, internal motor, larger viewing area etc). But it's a pretty big price difference with the extra 10% so I'm thinking the D5000 at this price is just too good to pass up. Thoughts?
