Hello all,

We have a 6 month old D5100. About a month ago, it began to have an issue where every other picture is broken up into 3 seperate lighting parts. The top part is very dark (no light), the middle is normal, and the bottom is very bright. This happens with or without the flash, and regardless of the settings. I have tried using compressed air to gently blow out the mirror area in case it was sticking, but to no avail. Again this only happens every other shot. We have reset all settings in the menu, but it seems to be something physical rather than a setting.

Below are pictures to see what the issue is. Any help or ideas would be greatly welcomed!
