ok i cant find adapter rings, adapter holder for my D3000 for a 50mm & 18-55mm. so i can use the square filters! can someone help please? thx

The Cokin "P" system is the most widely available and can be found at many retailers, for example here.

Both your lenses require a 52mm threaded adapter ring.
