Well, finally my dream camera is in my hands. can't wait to go out this weekend. Quite a journey from D80, to D200, D300 and now the D700. I hope I'll stop here

Got to go now, I have a lot of reading to do, Darrell book is waiting.

IOAN Congrats on this beautiful camera. I love mine.
I bought 4 books on the D700 but the most valuable was a CD that I purchased from Thom Hogan on the D700. You might want to check it out. Link: http://www.bythom.com/nikond700guide.htm - I am in no way affiliated with Thom Hogan - just a very happy customer.
