"Plug-Ins Problems"

Allentown, US

I received my new laptop (Toshiba). I reinstalled CS5 and my trusty plug-ins (4 Nik and Topaz Adjustments). None of the plug-ins "attached" themselves to CS5. How do I do this?

You may be able to navigate to the CS5 plug-ins directory and add a shortcut for 4 Nik and Topaz Adjust. If that does not work, try reinstalling the plug-ins. For Topaz, if you are running the latest version of Topaz Adjust, there may be a "Topaz Software Manager" program on your pc that will step you through the uninstall/reinstall process. If not, look for a file with a name something like "topaz_adjust.exe" and run that. You may have to reenter your software key.

I hope this helps.
