"Camera Control Pro 2 will not install correctly under Mac OS 10.5.6"

Long story short: Camera Control Pro was running just fine on my MacBook Pro with Mac OS 10.5.6. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to re-download it and reinstall it.

It didn't work. I tried several times. At the end of the install, it says it installed OK, and everything is present. But you try to run it and you can't. You get an error message saying it isn't installed correctly.

I tried running the 2.5 updater, and it had problems, too. It said it couldn't find it.

Am I out luck until Nikon releases a new full version?

Any help, most appreciated!

Have you run a permissions repair via the disk utility? I've had similar problems with various nikon software package and repairing the permissions normally jogged the problem free.

Funny nothing else I had to reinstall had that problem.

Should have thought of that fix myself!!!
