Eek. FX format, 3fps - probably limited by output device capability. A full size jpeg will probably br about 40mb!! Interestingly, it can be configured for rgb and mono capture.

I wish they would stop where they are on megapixels. For me, 24 is more than enough, and 36 is overkill. I can think of other improvements I would rather see.

We said that back when sensors were 12mp, too. (Note that I still have only 12mp cameras, not that I'd refused to use one of the new ones if I had it...)

I doubt it is suitable for camera use, since its DR is limited but I am sure it would be useful for some scientific work or other specialized applications.
