"Photo duplicate remover tool question"

Washington, US

This may have been asked already but is there a recommended photo duplicate remover that is a free download? If not, what is the recommended photo duplicate remover? I have multiple duplicates in multiple harddrives.

Thanks and apologies if this is not the right forumn for this question
