"My first attempts at Macro/Close-up!"



Had a wonderful vacation in Niagara Falls two weeks ago. There were many wonderful photo opportunities, and this was my first trip using a DSLR. There is a butterfly conservatory there, which is amazing. Here are a couple shots

I was using a Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 II DC OS HSM on a d5100, handheld.
