Nice capture. What does it mean "fantasy coin?" Seems real enough to me. Is it not legal tender? Seems to be a proof strike, so very possibly it's just art and not money?

This design was sketched by Charles Barber in the late 19th century, but was never minted. This object is a modern creation based on that design. It's a private issue and as such not legal tender at all. Such things are called fantasy pieces or fantasy coins.
