Good detail and exposure Ed. Dragon and damsel flies are some of my favorite macro subjects.

I see you are using the sigma 180, that is my favorite macro. I am supposed to get the new 180 OS version soon but it will have to be pretty damn good for me to give up my old 180.

Another one, this time in red and at ISO 1000. testing the high ISO capability of the D800E.

And if you believe that, you will believe anything - it was bright sunshine, but I forgot that i had been shooting moths the night before. Nevertheless, ISO 1000 is usable 1/2000, f 8, Sigma 150
