Beautiful images Chris

Love how clear that water is and the reflections. Scenes like these are what that 14-24 2.8 was designed to capture so well.

Wonderful images!

I am so envious... I want to be there early in the season, maybe next year. I would love to be there just as Going to the Sun Road opens.

Thanks Diane. For us, the road was not open yet. We were able to bike in about 12 miles from the gate until we encountered the next road closed sign. Stunning to have the place to ourselves on the ride in. Fresh snow on the peaks and photo opportunities all around. Looking forward to a return visit.

Thanks James, got lucky with the timing. We were in the park early in the morning and the water was perfectly still. As we passed by later it was all choppy.

Nice shots. Am I correct is guessing that these are from Two Medicine Lake? I've been there a few times. But, I am not sure where along the lake these were taken from. Can you help?

Thanks,

Marcus

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know that Lake MsDonald had the colorful rocks on the bottom. I knew that Two Medicine Lake does.

As luck would have it, we are headed to Glacier next week - for 2 months. We will be campground hosts at Apgar - so I will be looking for this shot, every day!!!!

Thanks again,

Marcus

I will do that.

If you happen back into the park between May 24 & July 24, we will be hosts in Apgar Campground site A2. Stop by and let's shoot some together. Or at least stop by for some chat & a beer.

There is a good chance that I will be back during that time, a good friend opened the Whitefish Bike Retreat in Whitefish and I promised her I would come back and shoot the retreat for her website. Looking at my schedule now to see how I can fit it in. If I make it, I'll get in touch with you and at least a chat and beer

Thanks
