"Teton Harvest"

Victor, US

I always love the fall here in the Teton's. This was taken in the afternoon from my jobsite. We had a fairly mild fall as far as color was concerned but the hay fields are always beautiful with the Teton's in the background. Thanks for looking and C@C's always wanted.

I wish I had an work place view like yours! This is lovely. Nice clouds.

If I have one small suggestion it might be to crop about half of the hay field from the bottom. I love the golden tones and it's a nice compliment to the mountains and clouds, but the bottom half of it doesn't add. That's my worthless $0.02.

Cheers!

Claudia

Thats a nice workplace you have. I like the contrast between the hayfield, the snow covered peaks & just the right amount of clouds. Nice photo....Scotty.

Job site! Your kidding right? Nobody had a job site with a view like this do they? I never have and if they do how do they get anything done? Kidding aside this is a beautiful setting Jacob and it looks like you hit the exposure on the head. I really like it and wish I was standing there. I think Claudia's corp suggestion is a pretty good one. I would probably take at least half of that which looks like corn stocks from the bottom. I might then add some contrast or clarity as it looks a little on the washed out side on this end.

Here is an adjusted copy. Crop with contrast added. Scott, yes this is where I live and work everyday! I moved here 13 years ago and never left. It's a great spot to enojy the outdoors all year around. Thanks for looking. MJ

Thank you for taking the time to comment, it is appreciated. I really enjoy the Nikonian's way of helping beginners, like me, start to see improvements in photography disciplines. Although this photo has flaws it shows me how far I've come since becoming a Nikonian. Thanks again. MJ
