Took these yesterday - all subtle handheld HDR (5 shot 1-ev bracketing) taken with the D800, 28-300VR. I had never been up in these mountains when it was so cloudy, periodically having to duck and cover to escape the rain. We would drive by a scene and never see it (only finding it on the way back).
