It was taken at the Magnolia Plantation and Gardens in Charleston, SC. They had several small bodies of water with small bridges on their walking trails. Surrounding this bridge were several live oak trees, it was a very nice setting with the late afternoon sun. The very calm water also made for some nice reflections.

Wow Scott!
I love this shot! There is something about the perspective that plays with my eyes (especially near the left end of the bridge where the angle changes) and that is confusing for me, but that is really irrelevant because the colors and the detail all are just hypnotizing for me. What time of day was this, and which direction is the sun coming from?

Thank you Chuck. Our time there was indeed kind of magical. We arrived at this place late in the afternoon after it had been raining off & on most of the day. When it came time for the golden time it cleared up nicely and we were given some beautiful light for that time of day. There were quite a few scenes there like this one, we tried to capture as many as we could. It was a great time to be a photo bug.
