"which filters would you'se take?"

ZW

Going on a cruise to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas etc. Want to keep my gear very light (hip-pack, 1 body, 2 lenses) I pretty much have room for only 3 filters. Polarizer being one, what other 2 filters would you all see as must-haves? I guess I would be shooting the typical island fare---ocean scenics, the locals, street type shots etc......

I have a Nikon A2 filter always on, both as protective and as a warming filter. A polarizer of course, which I may use alone.

Then for sunrises and sunsets at least two neutral density filters (6 and 9) on a Cokin P filter holder.

Some recent samples here

Have a great time

1: Something for protection of water spray and blowing sand.

2: A graduated ND filter 3 stop hard edged and or 2 stop soft edged.

My three filters would be:
81A or Nikon A2 warming filter, Polarizer, and a 2 stop graduated ND on a Cokin P holder.

Best Of Luck
