"Lets do Bunnys for a change."

QUEENSTOWN, US

I don't recall seeing any bunny rabbits posted or I just missed them if they were, anyway my yard is running over with them this year, must be a good year for them or something. I was in the back yard the other day and a pair of them chasing each other ran over my feet, not even paying any attention to me! These pics are a little baby bunny that you could put in your pocket that hangs around in my front yard.

Tom - we've had bunny posts before and I seem to even remember a bunny challenge! Here's a contribution. I like to call it "Meal Interrupted".

well here's one that's probably too grainy. shot in low light at iso 800. d100 sigma 400mm f5.6 1/200. i thought the pose made up for some of the grain.

I do remember the Bunny Challenge but that was some time ago, before I had a scanner, otherwise I would have posted this cute fellow...

Taken in the San Diego Zoo, 1998 (?). Walking up one of the paved paths toward one of the exhibits, this little guy came scampering out, saw my wife and me, and scamperred back where he came from until it was safe.

Taken with an N70, Nikkor 70-300d ed wide open, Fuji 100 speed film (?), ground level, P mode. Scanned from the print (now where was that negative?).

Thats a cute one too, just courious about something, I do not have a dedicated film scanner, I use a Epson 3200 flatbed and scan prints, even though it can scan negs I don't because of the difficulty in color correcting them. Can you tell a big difference between the ones done on this epson flatbed and ones done from the negs? all these on this link are from prints.

I have found that when I scan from my negatives (I use an Epson 1650 Photo flat bed scanner with TPU) I can get better results because I do not have to deal with a bad print which is a second generation copy already.

Overall, no big deal for the size images posted here, but if you're gonna do it well, you may as well start with the negative.
