"Wading Birds"

Rocky Hill, US

Wading and shore birds are starting to make their way north. Here are a couple of egrets that had just arrived.

Great shots. Well exposed. Love the reflections. I'm always impressed with the sharpness of the 300F4 and hand held to boot. Good job.

Nice ones Rick. I would probably clone out that distraction in the lower right of the Snowy shot.

Thanks Jim. I wasn't too happy with that OOF reed but didn't really like how my clone job turned out. I did do a light vignette that I thought was pleasing but didn't know how well it would be received here even though I liked it. I may try cloning again. Here's my vignette.
