This owl was also in the Samish flats very near to where the Harrier was that I posted last week. She posed for me for a few shots before flying off. I was, of course fiddling with my camera when she flew off, so I didn't get any in flight shots. Hope you enjoy. C & C welcome.

Very nice Ron. I've waited countless hours for our local short-eareds - who show up every day at dusk in late winter and early spring - to land or fly close enough for a good shot.
