Nice!

I really like the nice deep color saturation. Focus and exposure are outstanding.

I would probably crop the image just enough to move the duck away from the center of the frame.

Beautiful bird, I like the way you captured the mood. And thank you for naming the bird to me. I took some pictures of these birds in the pond of New York's Central Park, but I didn't know its name in English until now :)

Brilliant shot and we rarely have such stunning ducks in the UK. However, there are exceptions and this Mandarin duck attached is a welcome sight.
