I am interesting to buy a SB910 with diffuser. May I know which model should I get if I mainly snap outdoor portrait, landscape and animal?

Diffusers are useless for the situations that you mentioned. Diffusers scatter some of the light from the flash so that it will bounce off walls, ceilings or other reflectors to fill in shadows and soften the contrast of direct flash. Outdoors there are generally no reflective surfaces, so the scattered light does not fall on the subject, and is just wasted.

I use my SB-900 for outdoor portraits, as fill flash, usually with a Gary Fong Universal Lighstphere diffuser.
For landscape, only at dusk or dark hours, to bring out a bit of the foreground, without a diffuser.
For animals, with 300mm lens or longer I use it with a Kirk FX-6 Flash X-Tender.
Have a great time :-)
