"Large foam core"

St. Louis, US

Hi,

does anybody know a good supplier of large foam core?
I am looking for at least 48x96" and 1/2" thick.
They will be used as flags/reflectors in my new studio.

As I don't need a ton of them I was able to find just 2 suppliers, who can deliver single sheets, or packs of 6 at reasonable prices:
http://goo.gl/TQdW2
and
http://goo.gl/rFDSE

The latter is able to actually deliver even 60x120" sheets, but only 3/16" thick, which I am afraid won't be rigid enough to put it vertical, even if I attach some kind of DIY legs to it.

If you are aware of any other supplier, who can deliver similar items please let me know.
Your replies will be appreciated.

Happy New Year!

Peter

Here's one such source, but you might want to call a distributor to see if you can save money by using a local company. Shipping objects of this size and shape can be quite expensive.
