Hi Folks,

Hopefully this is a no brainer for someone... I know I've seen it but just can't find it on line now. I need a solution for connecting a second hot-shoe mounted device when shooting my rigs. A scenario might be something like running the SU-800 in the actual F6/D3s hot shoe, but wanting to control the rig remotely with the ML-3 IR receiver. I've dangled it down, but it's too unelagent and uncontrolable for me and I know there's a better way. So to be clear, the second hot shoe mount is expected to be a cold shoe; no electronic functionality. That would come from the 10-pin connector in the above scenario.

Many thanks,
John B. Crane

Kind regards,
JBCrane, Shooter in Colorado.
