Hi all,

I'm looking to buy a strip light softbox. I'm considering the following:

1) Interfit 12x36:

2) Wescott 17x50:

3) Photoflex 9.5x35:

I plan to use it either with an SB-800 with a Photoflex plastic speed ring (currently use it to mount an extra-small Photoflex softbox with the SB-800) or with an Elinchrom D-Lite 4 with the Chimera speed ring.

So, a few questions:

1) Can anyone speak to the quality of the Wescott or the Interfit softbox (I currently have 3 Photoflex softboxes, and I know that they are great in terms of quality and performance)?

2) Do you think there will be any issues in terms of mounting these fairly large softboxes on the plastic Photoflex extra-small softbox for flash mount - do you think the mount will hold up under the weight - I know the chimera ring will definitely work

3) Can anyone recommend a good boom to get to use with the D-Lite 4 (or an equivalent weight strobe) and one of these softboxes.

I know it's a lot of questions, so, I thank you all in advance for your input.

Best regards,
