"Need Cool Pix advice"

Henrico, US

I tried to open the Cool Pix Comparison Chart but couldn't. I'm considering getting a Cool Pix to augment my everyday drive back and forth to work. I shoot with a d-7100. The camera will need to give me a bunch of settings and options that I can control, have reasonable zoom capability and be easy enough for the wife to use on auto. Doesn't need in camera flash I have plenty of those. Help please!

Looks like Nikon retired the page or forced a redirect to the Coolpix front page. Given the number of models rolled out since Jan 2012 when I last updated the link, it's quite the Yeoman's job to keep up on Nikon's end. I will retire that link. Thank you for the head's up.

Here's an older chart - the most advanced model is the P7000.

Also, there are filter selectors on the current Coolpix front page that you can use to identify a camera of interest.

Get out of the car.
Get closer to the subject.
Pick the right mid-tone this time.
