"Is this a good Deal on the D50"

US

Compusa has the D50 going on sale for black Friday for the kit w/the 18-55 lens, starter kit (worth 100.00) and a free epson picturemate express printer for 800.00. Would I be better off buying this kit and buying the 55-200 lens seperately or should I just buy a kit with the 2 lenses included.
Thanks
Robin

Right now you can get the kit lens, body, and the rebate for a printer for around 700, or maybe even less.

Refer to these links:

So it may not be worth your while to set up camp in front of CompUSA

Robin, wherever you purchase, make sure you have a warranty for your region (in your case a Nikon USA warranty) that way you'll be less hassle with support (such as firmware upgrades) or repair. I think you'll be fine, but be sure to check before purchasing, regardless of where you purchase.

Oh yeah, if purchasing on the internet, be sure to check www.resellerratings.com.
