I use the AE/AF Lock button to activate autofocus on my D-60. I have a couple of questions about that. One, if I'm using Continuous Servo focus mode (AF-C) with moving subjects, does focus tracking stop when I release the AE/AF Lock button (I would presume that it does)?

The thing that frustrates me most about activating autofocus this way (though it works the way I want it, for the most part) is that, while the review image is visible on the LCD, the AE/AF Lock button now acts to protect the image file, not autofocus. I have to either wait until the image is off the screen or turn it off myself (difficult when shooting action). Is there any way to either, one, deactivate the 'protect image' function of that button or, two, disable the showing of the review image?
