"D70 Natural color only in Auto mode - P,S,A deliver blueish overtone"

US

Hi,

As the title says my D70 makes photos with true color only in Auto mode both with and without flash. When switching to P,S,A the pictures have blueish overtone. Reset did not help. Cause?

White balance. In auto mode it switches to auto. You probably have it set to something cooler like tungsten causing the photos to be blue when not shooting in auto. Read the manual to see how to change the white balance.

Thank you Pete, my mistake to think that after reset the white balance would be auto for all modes.

I usually set white balance at auto -2 to make it warmer.
