Hi all. Last week, in a second hand book store, I found the National Geographic Society book "Hunting Wild Life With Camera And Flashlight" by George Shiras 3D, VOLUME II. Now I'm looking to buy VOLUME I, and other volumes if there exists.

Anybody willing to sell me this book, or Volumes I and II if you have both and don't want to sell just one.

If I don't find the book, I'll die, which will be one Nikonian less and a different moment to register the 10000st Nikonian. It's possible you'll loose the 'contest' for predicting the exact arrival of the 10000st Nikonian, due to your complicity to my death.

I purchase books from these online booksellers - Powell's Books in Portland, Oregon and Sam Weller's in Salt Lake City, Utah - and they also may be able to help you in your do-or-die quest.

Thanks a lot Marilyn. Not only I found the book I was looking for, but I also saw a few other titles that look interesting. In fact, I'm trying to find old books about wildlife and bird photography, and until now, I already found some real great ones.

Thanks Kevin. I already ordered the book at the Ink Company (tip from Marilyn), but I'll definitely have a look at abebooks to see if there are some more old wildlife photo books.

Just for grins, I did a search, using keywords "wildlife photography" and came up with over 3000 hits.
