"Macro focusing rail or your macro rig!"

I'm looking for a quality macro focusing rail made by RRS or similar quality brands.

If you have an entire macro rig by Canon (MP-E 65, MT24-EX, Gitzo Explorer) I would be interested in purchasing it as a set as well.
