"Finding the ISO value in the XMP file"

Parksville, British Columbia, CA

I took some photos that are very grainy. I suspect that due to jet lag I forgot to reset the ISO value used the night before to take night-time shots. I would like to confirm my suspicion, but I can not figure out which line item refers to the ISO value. Would someone please set me straight on this matter?

Thanks in advance for your support.

I see you have PSE. Here is how to look at the metadata through the properties pane http://www.photokaboom.com/photography/learn/Photoshop_Elements/Organizer/6_organizer_properties_pane.htm#2
