" Corrupted file in View NX2 2.6.0"

I've been using View NX2 2.6.0 a couple of days without issue. Today I ran into a problem with a file corrupted in View NX2 while making a simple edit. Luckily I still had the original file and copied the original from the card. I'll be filing a report with Nikon. The image was from the D600.

Here is a screenshot of the problem image. I tried reloading it in View, opening it in Capture NX2, and reverting to the original in Capture. The image would not revert to the original in Capture. And reloading in View did no good.
