"NX2 Print Layout Problem"
Thu 26-May-11 10:23 PM by Slider

Florida, US

I'm running NX2 Version 2.2.7 on Mac OS X Snow Leopard version 10.6.7. I have an Epson Stylist Pro 3880 photo printer, which is connected directly to my iMac 24 with a USB printer cable. Here is my dilemma. When I open the Print Layout box, the three windows at the top - "Printer", "Paper" and "Printable Area", are grayed out and cannot be changed. The printer listed is my default HP office printer. Curiously, when I change the printer from the HP to the EPSON in the NX2 Page Setup window, it does not change on the Print Layout page, but the Paper and Printable area do update. I have requested an answer from Nikon, but so far, they seem to be in the dark regarding why this may be happening. Has anybody had the same problem and, if so, have you found a remedy? Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Thanks,

George
