"ViewNX2 'lost' stars"

I have lost the ability to easily rate with stars at the bottom of every fullscreen image. I can still rate them using the drop down menus and the CTRL + #.

The tag 0-9 is still there.

There doesn't seem to be a toggle to turn the stars on or off, however, it sems that i have turned them off.

Are there any solutions?
