"saving nef/jpeg pictures after zooming- need help- capture nx2"

i am having a slight problem my pictures after zooming in then save as- it won't save the zoomed picture. i was only able to save 1 picture...not sure why it won't save properly. can anyone help thanks in advance ken

Hi Ken,

When you say you zoom in are you using the magnifying glass to zoom?

If so then you are not actually making a savable change to your image. You need to Crop the image to accomplish what you are describing.

The icon for the Crop Tool is circled in red in the screen shot below.



For a detailed description of how to use the Crop Tool open Capture NX and click on Help > Contents...

This will bring up the users guide in your web browser. On the left side of the page there is a list of chapters. Click on Chapter 11 and then Crop Tool.
