I run a MacBook Pro Intel dual core machine with 2GB RAM and OS 10.4.11. I have the latest versions of View NX and Capture NX2 loaded and until two days ago, have never had a problem. Other programs work fine.

All of a sudden, while organizing my images in View NX, the program shut down with the message "The application ViewNX quit unexpectedly". I tried reopening it - same message. I tried re-booting and then opening it - same message. I tried uninstalling it and then downloading and re-installing it - same message.

I have written to Nikon and sent them a System Summary Report as well as the "report" that was generated in the window that says the program quit unexpectedly. I am awaiting a response.

In the meantime, anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks!

Rob
