"Annotate Expert does not open in Lightroom..."

Hello and thank you for your help,

I just purchased and installed Annotate Expert. It also installed itself into Lightroom 2.7 where it shows as "Installed and Running."

However, when I select a jpeg or nef in Lightroom and click on Annotate nothing happens. I don't know what I'm missing and I can't find anything in the Annotate User Guide that helps to correct the issue.

PS Almost all of my saved images in Lightroom, NX2, CS5, etc. are tiffs. I look forward to Annotate supporting these files.

Same here. Instead of the menu item saying "Open with Annotate" mine says "Annotate" and nothing happens when I click on it.

Hello Scott,

My menu reads the same as yours.

I just opened Annotate again to see if I could find a reference for tech support. Couldn't find any.

Thanks so much for your response. I've been feeling a little lonely with this problem.

Tech support emailed me this morning and says they are now aware of the issue and are looking into it.

Thank you, Scott.

I will keep the reference for sure, but will wait to hear how they respond to you since you've notified them -- and not bother them with the same issue.

Also, I cannot drag and drop a file from LR to Annotate when Annotate is minimized to the tray. Do you have this problem as well?
