I do not believe that DxO is at fault that they have no Zeiss/Nikon modules. They explained it to me as follows:
"We don't have Zeiss modules on Nikon for the reason that they produce EXIF datas which are an issue to us. So for now, we can't produce these modules.
However we are actively working on the problem but don't know when a solution will come out. On the other side the EXIF data are perfectly readable on Canon, that why we support them."
