Aziz,
First let's ask the camera to show your focus point and then set it up to assist you.
Go to Playback Menu > Playback display options and set a check mark in Focus point. Be sure to select Done and press OK.
Next, go to Shooting Menu > ISO sensitivity settings > Auto ISO sensitivity control and set it to ON.
Now, go to Shooting Menu > ISO sensitivity settings > Auto ISO sensitivity control > Maximum sensitivity and set it to 800.
Hold down the little AF-Mode button (see manual page 2, number 13) and while holding it down, select AF-S mode on the upper Control panel with the rear Main command dial.
Hold down the little button AF-Mode button again (see manual page 2, number 13) and while holding it down, select S mode on the upper Control panel with the front Sub-command dial.
Flip the little ring around the Multi selector toggle switch on the back of the camera (manual page 4, number 16) to the dot and away from the L.
Use the Multi selector to move the focus point around the viewfinder until it is resting on the part of your subject you want in focus. Take the picture (take several).
You will be able to see the focus point in each picture you have taken, on the monitor afterward. Is it where you expected?
If you still can't get sharp pictures, put the camera on a tripod and shoot a few pics.
