My thoughts?

1. Shooting DX mode on an FX body is silly unless your lenses force you too.
2. The D800 is not a sports camera. The D400 better be.
3. I expect the D400 to be 24MP
4. I expect the D400 to be FX. (Most do not though)

If you shoot low light, buy a D600. It's very impressive.
