What a bummer.I bought the MB-D11 about a year ago. I really like the way it adds to the grip-ability of the D7000.But I had a nagging suspicion that it was a knock-off. I bought it from Amazon, and there was some talk at the time of lots of counterfeit bits being out on the market. But it worked just fine and other than a slight mis-match between the rubber grip material on the camera vs the MB-D11, it seemed fine. Then the little joystick thingy broke. So I sent it to Nikon for repair, half expecting them to tell me it was a knock-off.But apparently it was/is the real deal, since they fixed it (under warranty) and sent it back. But today I just noticed that the joystick thing is broken again. Sigh. Just like last time.I guess its heading back to Nikon. I assume they'll fix it under warranty again, since it wasn't that long ago that they fixed it the last time. We'll see.For now, I'm thinking I wish I had bought a knock-off for $30 rather than spend $200+ on this POS.
