Nikon is one of the only companies left where you can phone up and get a competent live person in very short order.
I made one call relative to my D200, and got a full cleaning/check-up for that camera turned around inside of one week (free).
I've made a few calls regarding Capture NX, but again, great response.
No problems/calls with my D7000... But if there had been, I think the response would have been consistent with prior experience.
