Unless it is a remarkable new sensor I think 24MP AND a one-stop improvement over the D7000 is unlikely. The new D5200 24MP sensor has fairly similar low light performance to the D7000, according to DXO (scores 1284 vs 1167 for the D7000).And it seems unlikely that a new DX camera would have 24MP and more than 6fps, when this has thus far proven impossible in a high-end FX camera. Mind you if Nikon continue to delay the product both goals may become achievable.W i l lNikonian in Bogor, West Javawww.willsymonds.comwww.willsymonds.blogspot.comhttp://www.nikonians-images.org/galleries/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=123586
